I contacted Prima Seal for chemical treatment of my leaking toilet which they were quick to response on all my queries and appointment arrangements via whatsapp. Unfortunately after the chemical treatment, the leak still persist, but Prima Seal stepped up and arranged for PU injection in my neighbor's toilet downstairs at no additional charge, and my problem is now solved. Will definitely recommend their services.read more

Got Prima Seal Waterproofing to fix the issue of leaking at my lower floor neighbors’ 2 toilets ceiling.They did chemical proofing on both my toilets’ floors. Waited 2 weeks for complete drying n then did water testing where both my toilets were flooded for 4 hrs. There was leaking still at the neighbor’s master toilet. They came on at agreed date/tile to now do chemical injection into the ceiling of my neighbor’s ceiling which took abt 2-3 hrs. Did a good job to ensure it is clean. They came up to check on my toilet bowl to ensure the chemical injections did not choke it. We waited about 10 days for complete drying and just did another water test again as above ie 4 hrs of flooding my master toilet. All leaking at my neighbor’s master toilet ceiling is solved. This happened today. All good and very happy with the work done. Prima Seal staff are prompt, friendly, informative and punctual. Money worth spending n better re-tiling which will be damn dirty n dusty n stressful for everyone. So I will recommend them for your floor leaking problems.read more

Our Master bedroom toilet was leaking to the unit below us. HDB only option was to hack my toilet. We get our previous renovation contractor to ratify the problem but was unsuccessful despite several attempts. Their final option was also to hack our toilet. We have engaged PrimaSeal Waterproofing on July2018 during HDB HIP in our block. Responsive with all mu queries. My common toilet failed the HDB HIP water test and I did not want to hack my toilet to rectify the water leakage problem. Right from signing-in the contract for our flat - we got a Water (soi) flat.The day we singed - heavy rain, 2 days after moving in - the first flooding because one tubing of a water heater was loose. Two years later the warm water tubing of the bathroom burst and as the sink was sealed of by the developer we got ca 4000l water flooding our living room.A few weeks later we found out that we could see water marks on the false ceiling of our kitchen and some other places. The roof got repaired by the Condo Management - but the water marks of the kitchen became larger. At the same time when we saw water dropping on the kitchen floor, (after careful analyses) coming from our balcony above, we got the information that there was a water dripping in the master-bedroom below of our roof garden. We started to search round to rectify the problems - but with the answers of the first contractors who came and looked at them we did not get a reasonable problem solution.Then I found Prima Seal via the Internet search and Jason Kuah analyzedour situation and we got for both problems a solution. The roof garden - 5 Layers Waterproofing with Fiberglass worked immediately but our upper balcony above the kitchen was too extreme damaged over time and the leaking started again a few weeks later. After one extreme heavy rain the water burst through and the kitchen was under water. Prima Seal arranged the rectification with quite some extra work including applying a new concrete layer to stop the water flow and as we saw two months later that that now worked they fixed the big hole of the artificial kitchen ceiling very nicely including painting of the damaged area Summary: Analyses of the problems - very good with personalized solution. Used them for the master toilet waterproofing treatment as the neighbour complain of water leak even though it was a dry toilet that we didn’t use at all. We do not wish to go through hacking , too much of hassle and mess. So we decided to try Prima Seal treatment. And Prima Seal solve the problem! Hdb called to say case closed. Leaking has stopping. My maisonette went through a hdb upgrading exercise recently and it caused my kitchen ceiling to leak from the bathroom upstairs. The ceiling had leaks in the past and I did PU injection to cure the issues. After upgrading of the spalling concrete at the same spot the leak happened again, the hdb contractors did not do much to help except to explain and push away the issues unless I hack the floor and redo the waterproofing.. I read about Prima Seal on the internet and took a leap of faith to call them. At first my family members were against using them as they require full payment before the works but I still went ahead despite the disapproval... like I said leap of faithWhy- they are punctual, on the dot at the appointment time- they explained to me the works to be done, what to expect and secondary measures if things doesn’t go as planned.- transparent on the costsI did the flooding thingy 3 weeks ago and the ceiling still leak so they did PU injection today. The situation was sticky but the guys were serious with their business and genuine people. They took my calls promptly and the after service was prompt. These guys are legit. Neighbour below complained of slight ceiling leak. After calling Prima Seal, they were prompt to send a specialist to check and there was indeed slight leak. The chemical infusion process (basically flooding the bathroom floor) was done on another day which took a few hours and then it was cleaned up properly by Prima. After few weeks, water test conducted by HDB contractor was passed (meaning no more leak). Great job to Prima Seal and saved me the hassle of having to hack the bathroom floor and replace the waterproofing membrane. Highly recommended!read more

Did some search on internet on waterproofing services and chance upon PrimaSeal. Compared prices and find PrimaSeal prices reasonable. The technicians did a survey first before providing a quotation. They are young folks but experience and know what they are doing. Half a day's job and the waterproofing on my side wall and second floor ceiling latch was completed. The waterproofing method used is great.. no hacking, just chemical infusion to seal up the cracks and pores on the concrete. No more leaking during heavy rain and we are very satisfied with the work.read more

Michael is very professional in handling my bathroom leakage issue despite my challenging neighbor. He offered me with a good economical solution which save my hassle from doing hacking on the floor.
